Hidden away in the historic 250 yr old Spode ceramics factory in the heart of Stoke-on-Trent is our kitchen studio, which we have opened to welcome you to experience our gastronomy heritage, the people and their stories.

The 8 seated chef’s table sits in our open-plan kitchen, and the stories shared from the city, from plate to table is an intimate journey for you to immerse yourself.
