Welcome to Feasted, home of flavour and the exploration of gastronomy in Stoke-on-Trent. We pride ourselves on the creations and dishes that come out of our kitchen at Spode, and every care is taken to source the best ingredients. As everything is cooked on site by our team, we can be accurate in our allergen guidance, and it should be noted that we frequently use nuts in our menus. Intro: A treat for Bottom

Greek sesame bread, apple, feta, pickled walnut, watercress

Allergens- wheat, gluten, sulphites, sesame, lactose

Starter: Love potion

Tomato consommé, peas and beans, compressed tomato, potato crisps, basil and pea shoots

Allergens- no allergens

Main: Ox beef and mustard seed

Sticky ox cheek, mustard seed sauce, braised fennel, onion purée and parsley oil

Allergens- mustard seeds, sulphites

Dessert: Love of honey

Gulab jamun, poached apricots, fig, lime custard, granola

Allergens- Egg, milk, wheat, gluten, nuts, sulphites

Petite fours: Quince`s Ballad

Quince marshmallow
