Chef’s Table is an exclusive private dining event held within the heart of the F E A S T E D Studio Kitchen at Spode.

With only 10 seats, each sitting is an intimate experience where you’ll come together to discover and connect through food. Throughout the evening our Head Chef will take you on a journey through the culture and heritage of the S I X towns that come together to make our humble city, Stoke on Trent.

The 9-course micro-seasonal, hyper-local tasting menu not only shares the stories of our city but are also a reflection of the F E A S T E D principles; great food, great people and context.

Our wine and drinks list has been curated by our in-house sommelier bringing incredible wines and drinks to enhance your experience.

For summer we have a slightly new concept for The Chef’s Table. Our new menu; H E R O E S is a celebration and heartfelt homage to the amazing work that people are doing right now in our city, Stoke-On-Trent. Individuals, collectives and organisations that work tirelessly to benefit our communities and make our city a better place. 

Championing incredible acts of kindness, priceless community support and cultural wealth for all. Every single person on this menu deserves to be there and we are here to tell their stories and to showcase their achievements through our 9 course Tasting Menu. It is human centred, progressive, forward thinking as well as using micro seasonal ingredients and striving for zero waste,whilst always keeping flavour at its core.

Through sharing these stories, we connect people and look to the future, foraging paths of kindness, community, solidarity and process.
