the blue room cancellation policy

Due to The Blue Rooms intimate and unique offering, all bookings are final and non-refundable if canceled no less than 7 days from your original booking date.

If you need to amend your booking before the 7 day timeframe please speak with a member of our team and we will endeavor to reschedule to your preferred date and time. If this cannot be done you will incur a 50% charge of your total original booking fee.

We offer full booking refunds outside of the 7 day timeframe as outlined above. 

A full day's booking for £500 operates from 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday. Early access for set up will incur an additional charge which we will be happy to talk through with you along with any other requirements you may have.
